Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 16, 2026

Infinity Global Solutions LLC ("Infinity Global Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") provides Infinity6Sigma™ (the "Service"), a secure, multi-tenant process improvement and training platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Overview & Who We Are

Infinity Global Solutions LLC is the provider of Infinity6Sigma™ and, for the purposes of information we collect directly (such as through our public website, the account you use to sign in, and this contact form), the controller of that information. Organizations that license Infinity6Sigma™ ("Clients") use the Service to manage their own process-improvement and training data within their own tenant, as described in Section 5.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account & organizational information: name, work email, display name, role, and the organizational unit (client/facility/branch/department) you are associated with.
  • Profile information: profile photo, industry, timezone, language, and notification preferences you choose to provide.
  • Project and training content: improvement submissions and projects, tasks, assessments, lesson progress, and any files or written work you upload or submit within the Service.
  • Security, session, and audit events: login attempts, session identifiers, multi-factor authentication status, and records of access-scope, permission, and configuration changes.
  • Usage and technical data: general usage metrics (such as active users and API call counts) associated with your organization's subscription.
  • Demo and contact form information: the full name, work email, company name, job title, phone number, industry, organization size, and message you submit through our public "Request a Demo" / Contact form, along with your consent to be contacted.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Operate, secure, and support the Service for authenticated users and their organizations;
  • Enforce organizational access boundaries and authorization scopes;
  • Track training progress, assessment results, and certification lifecycles;
  • Respond to demo requests and contact form submissions from prospective clients;
  • Maintain audit records of security- and configuration-relevant events; and
  • Comply with applicable legal, security, and recordkeeping obligations.

4. Service Providers & Data Sharing

We rely on infrastructure and hosting providers to operate the Service (for example, database hosting and file storage). These providers process information only as necessary to deliver the underlying infrastructure and are not authorized to use your information for their own purposes. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Infinity Global Solutions LLC, our clients, or others.

5. Client & Tenant Administrators

If you access the Service through an organization that licenses Infinity6Sigma™, that organization's administrators can configure certain settings and access information within their own tenant, subject to the roles and access scopes they are granted - for example, viewing users, projects, training records, and audit activity within their organization. Infinity6Sigma™ enforces strict boundaries so that one Client organization cannot access another Client's data. Questions about how a specific organization uses your information within the Service should be directed to that organization's administrator.

6. Data Security

We apply technical and organizational measures designed to protect information within the Service, including server-side enforcement of organizational access boundaries, encrypted storage of sensitive credentials (such as multi-factor authentication secrets and password hashes), and audit logging of access-scope and permission changes. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not claim certification under any specific industry security or compliance framework.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

Infinity6Sigma™ uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and to enforce session expiration policies. We do not use this cookie for advertising. The Service may also use your browser's local device storage to remember interface preferences, such as your selected light, dark, or automatic theme mode. We do not currently operate a third-party analytics or advertising tracking setup on the Service.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for different periods depending on its type:

  • Demo and contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months from submission, after which they reach a defined retention expiry.
  • Client-configured retention preferences: Client administrators can configure retention-period preferences (from 1 to 240 months) for improvement project records, training records, and audit log records within their organization. These are policy preferences only - configuring a retention period does not itself trigger any automated deletion job, and does not guarantee universal enforcement across every workflow, a legal hold, or immutable storage. Actual deletion of records governed by these preferences, if and when it occurs, is subject to the organization's own operational processes.
  • Account, security, and session records are retained for as long as needed to operate your account, maintain security, and meet applicable legal obligations.
  • Uploaded and business records (such as project files, training submissions, and other content you or your organization submit) are retained in accordance with your organization's customer relationship and instructions, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Backups of the Service's databases may persist for a limited, temporary period after a record is deleted from the live system.

When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we work to delete or anonymize it, subject to any overriding legal, security, or recordkeeping obligations.

9. Cross-Border Processing

Depending on where you and your organization are located, information processed through the Service may be stored or processed in a country other than your own. Where this occurs, we take steps intended to keep information secure and to comply with applicable data protection requirements for such transfers.

10. Children's Privacy

Infinity6Sigma™ is a business-to-business workplace platform and is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or applicable law. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
